-Please stay out of all the grass, there are sprinklers everywhere !!

-Please BRING HELP TO LOAD LARGE ITEMS!!
-We are NOT responsible for any damage incurred to your merchandise while loading once it's paid for. We are not staffed for help with loading, BRING HELP !!
-Not responsible for accidents or injuries.
-BREWBEADS reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, at anytime and for ANY reason.
-Please show respect to the neighbors yards, (stay out of the grass) there should be plenty of parking along the road.
-No refunds, no exchanges, no exceptions. Please check your items before purchase.
-No early sales.
-No items will be taken from the house until paid in full.
-Be prepared to wrap and bag your own items. We will help as time allows. Bags, boxes and paper will be available while supplies last.
-All paid for items must be removed by 5pm on the last day of the sale, unless other arrangements are made beforehand.
