Few updates: 1.  please be courteous and park accordingly by not parking any tires on someone's lawn! Parking will be one side of street in entire subdivision as this makes sense for everyone.  2. The Mercedes was totally restored by client and is in good running condition; however, the components in the dash have some 'bracket attachment' issues as well as a power window issue. We will have a firm price on it, 'as is'.

We are featuring this sale regionally; however, we will not sell items early or over the telephone. All customers are given first dibbs who are in line at the time the estate sale begins. It is difficult for us to field phone calls about items in the sale because there will be so many calls. We do not give out prices on items. This will be a sale you will want to attend.
