Estate sale no sales tax will be charged We have limited help to load after the auction but bring help to load large items before sale is over or during the auction. If you need to leave items make arrangements to pick those items up within the following week, If paying by check the titles and ownership of item remains with the Estate untill all checks have cleared. We will deliver small items and tools, equipment as we go. Titled items will be held until funds are in our Escrow Acct. and be picked up at that time from the Estate. We will issue Bills of Sale for items we don't have a title for.
