1. This is an OUTDOOR sale – dress accordingly
2. Closed-toe shoes strongly recommended
3. Terrain includes a field walk between buildings
4. Two small sheds = limited entry (please be patient)
5. Garage checkout area with select household items
6. No access to the home
7. Parking will be in the field behind the property
8. Access is on the left side of the house
9. DO NOT block the shared driveway
10. Please follow all posted parking directions
11. All items sold as-is, dust and all
