1) If you wish to purchase a large item, remove the top ticket and bring to cashier. You are then obligated to purchase that item. Must bring help for heavy items; staff not responsible for lifting or loading.
2) Be sure to examine all items carefully before you pay for them. All items are SOLD AS IS, NO REFUNDS. We do not guarantee electronic items are in working order. Please test them in advance of purchasing the item.
3) Prices are not negotiable the first day of the sale, but discounts will occur on the second day of the sale.
4) Buyer is responsible for removal of large items purchased by 1 hour after close on date of purchase.
5) If anyone is caught stealing, we will call the police. There will be a security officer on duty.
6) Doors will open at 9am, not before.
7) If you pick up an item and decide not to buy, please place item back where you got it or give it to one of the staff.
8) If you break or damage an item you are fully responsible for the cost of the item.
9) Please do not bring food or drinks into the house. Shoe covers will be provided at the door.
10) We don't do pre-sales prior to the estate sale.
