Commissioned in 1973 were created by Bill Olendorf which have become collectors items in the futures industry and found in corporate offices and private collections around the world as well as corporate and governmental collections.These lithographs area a unique tribute to CBOT and the outcry auction-market method of buying and selling futures.  These vintage images show the loose, sketching style of the artist which adds to the unique charm of each or the 4 interpretive images.The artist, Bill Olendorf, was born in Deerfield, Illinois and attended Washington and Lee University and Harvard University and also studied at the Art Institute of Chicago.  By the late 1950's he was well established as a promising Midwest artist.  Exhibits included The Galerie Marcel B ernheim, Paris, France, as well as exhibits in New York, San Francisco, Paum Beach, Stockholm, Mykonos, Washington, and Chicago.
