* Cash, Credit cards will be accepted with a 2.6% + .10 cent processing fee. Square reader only for cards. No Checks. Sunday sale, 20-50% off many items. Not All items.
* Bring HELP to load as there will be no help available to Load your items. Customer is responsible for any damage during move. All items sold (AS-IS), (WHERE-IS) and NO REFUNDS. Boxes, bags and paper are provided in limited supply.
* All electronic items are in working order. Please also test them in advance of purchasing the item. Cords are provided throughout the home. Please note, all sales are final.
* Please do not block any driveways or mailboxes. We have wonderful neighbors and want to keep it that way. Please watch your step. Sunken living room and steep driveway.
* NO bathroom for customer use. Please do not come if you are, or have been sick. We are not responsible for any/all accidents, injury, or sickness.
* There are no childrens items at this sale.
* No large bags or purses, strollers, etc. No food or drinks allowed in the home.
* If you wish to purchase a large item, ask one of our associates for a sold sticker, that will include your contact info. 20% non-refundable deposit is required. You are then obligated to purchase that item and have it picked up by two hours before closing on the 2nd day of the sale. If You Do Not Pick Up Your Item During the Allotted Time You Forfeit Your Item Without Refund.
