Making Way Sale - Part 2

Terms & Conditions:
- All Sales are Final, no exceptions.
- We accept cash and all major credit cards (NO FEES for credit card transactions).
- Please be mindful of posted signs onsite, We are not liable for accidents; enter at your own risk and use caution.
- There may not be public restrooms onsite.
- No large bags or purses - If you bring one you will need to leave it at the check out station.
- Small children must be attended at all times.
- Theft is a crime and will not be tolerated. Offenders will be prosecuted.
- In States that require us to collect sales tax we will collect sales tax, if you are a business or have a re-seller tax id, please bring a
copy for our records or email us a copy.
- We will not have people available to help you move items, please arrange help ahead of time. All Items to be removed by close
on the last day of the sale, unless other plans are arranged.
- Leave an offer on any item you would like to leave an offer on, all offers will be reviewed with the family.
- Do not Block Driveways, Parking is available on the street or where otherwise posted.
- We do not give out prices over the phone and may not be available to answer all questions through email.
- We will have some bags and boxes to help carry your items until we run out
- Please do not arrive prior to 2 hours before Sale Start date, if you do, the homeowners may consider this trespassing at their discretion.

We are not responsible for accidents, so please enter at your own risk. Any discounts will be posted here. All items are sold as is and all sales are final, please make sure to check your items and be satisfied before you make your purchase. No refunds or exchanges.

Please keep in mind, when handling the property of families during estate sales, some items may be retained by the family after pictures are posted. We do our best to represent accurate items available however these can change at times.
