Shipping will take up to three weeks. Please be aware before you bid. Please note after we drop items off at the UPS store you have 4 weeks to complete the transaction with with them.

Shipping will be conducted by us or by a third party. Shipping includes pick up fee, wrapping and shipping charges. The third party will be - The UPS Store 710 Hwy 51 Bypass, Dyersburg, TN 38024 Phone: 731-285-7474 or USPS. Please note your order may take some time to prepare please be patient with the shipper and us. Please also note, if we have to pick your order back up from UPS, we will charge your credit card $20.00. So please consider this when you bid. UPS cannot quote you how much shipping will be unless they wrap your order, hence, the reason we make sure you want shipping. In some rare situations, smaller items can be shipped by us. We do charge $10 -$20 handling fee, depending on package size & packing materials. Shipping is quoted using UPS package quotes & USPS quotes.

Auction Terms & Conditions
This auction will be conducted online only. This auction will have a staggering close with lots closing every few seconds, starting 7pm CST on Tuesday, Dec. 13, 2022, until all items are sold. This online sale utilizes a soft closing which means if you bid in the last minutes of lot closing, the bidding will be extended a few minutes until all parties are finished bidding. If you are unfamiliar with online bidding please contact us and we will gladly help you.

PREVIEW: Monday, Dec. 12, 2022 from 3 PM to 5 PM CST

PICK-UP: Dec 15, 2022 from 9AM to 5PM CST
Please note: We will limit the number of people in the home for preview and pick-up.

Auction Terms & Conditions

All sales are final and items are sold "as is, where is". This is an estate auction so please note items are used.

No sales tax will be charged for this auction.

PAYMENT: Credit Card used for registration will be charged immediately following the auction unless other arrangements have been made prior to auction end. By registering to bid on any item, bidder agrees to all terms and conditions of the auction. Fisher Realty & Auction reserves the right to refuse to accept bids or approve bidders for any reason.

If payment has not been received at auction end or other payment arrangements made by end of business hours on pick up day, we reserve the right to cancel any unpaid item(s) after that time. At this time, we will ban the bidder from any future sales and resell the item(s) to the back up bidder. Shipping will only be arranged after payment has cleared.

PICK-UP: You must pick your item(s) up at the stated times; if you do not, you will release your item to be resold or sold to the back-up bidder. This does not mean you are released from paying for items you won at auction. SO if you can not pick your items up, DO NOT bid. Contact us if you need other arrangements.

PREVIEW: All lots are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS." Property shall be displayed for thorough public inspection and sold as is, where is, and without recourse for any refund or reduction of the sale price.

On the fall of the auctioneer's hammer or other acknowledgment of a successful bidder on a lot, title to the property in that lot will pass and the successful bidder there upon assumes full risk and responsibility for the purchased property. The highest bidder shall be the buyer. If any dispute arises, the auctioneer shall have absolute discretion to settle it and put any disputed lot up for sale again. Fisher Reality & Auction has full discretion to refuse any bids

Online bidding is a convenience offered to customers and while we make every effort to execute your instructions regarding your Online Bids, Fisher Realty & Auction is not liable or responsible for any errors or failure to execute such instructions.

STORAGE: We have no storage. Your items must be picked up at address of sale. We will not haul your items unless it is to the UPS store or the post office.

DESCRIPTIONS: All descriptions are subjective and up for interpretation. Please note you are responsible for looking at all photos and reading descriptions. We offer a preview day for in-person inspection of the items being offered for auction.

TECHICAL PROBLEMS: We have made reasonable efforts to provide for online bidding for this auction. You recognize and acknowledge, however, that technical problems with hardware, software, or internet connectivity, as well as human errors, may arise and may affect, without limitation, the Fisher Realty and Auction's HiBid website, our online bidding program and process, your or our internet service and access, and your connection to this auction’s bidding program and process. You further acknowledge that these and other technical problems may develop at any time and with or without notice. You acknowledge and agree that neither we nor the Seller is in any way responsible for any such technical problems, and that you have no absolute or other right to be able to bid on this auction in the event of any such technical problems. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you further acknowledge and agree that, in the event of any such technical problems, we reserve the right to postpone or cancel the auction and/or extend the bidding time for this auction and/or relist the property for auction at another time, in our sole discretion, and that our decision with regard to any such actions is and will be final.

All legal disputes or any litigations that may arise, for any reason, between Fisher Realty & Auction and bidder shall be tried in Courts of Dyersburg, Dyer County, Tennessee. Successful purchasers agree to pay any and all reasonable attorneys' fees and costs incurred by Fisher Realty & Auction, the seller and/or their assigns, agents or employees in the commencement or defense of any action here-under as well as in the collection of any obligation here-under.

This auction is being conducted under appropriate state and local laws and the Uniform Commercial Code. Any additional terms or conditions of sale shall be announced prior to the auction. Bidding on any item indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions.

By attending this sale you agree not to hold Fisher Realty and Auction Co. and it’s employees liable should you suffer any injuries or fall inside the property, outside the property, lawn, driveways or going up or down stairs.

Please do not park on neighbors grass or in front of mailboxes, fire hydrants or driveways. Thank you for understanding.
