Golden Girls will not be available to help load, but a ministry will be on site and will load furniture for a donation. All items are sold as is, no refunds or exchanges. Please inspect your items carefully. Golden Girls Estate Sales and Homeowners are not responsible for any damages, injuries, accidents, theft, etc. Enter the property at your own risk and watch closely for caution / direction signs. There are step-ups into the home, as well as a wheelchair ramp. The front part of the home is handicap accessible, but it is packed so mobility inside could be an issue. Please be extremely careful accessing any steps inside and outside the home. Please bring help to load large, heavy items. We are NOT responsible for moving / loading your items. Items must be removed by closing of sale. We reserve the right to refuse a sale to anyone.
