I'm leaving full-time condo life for full-time RV living — which means everything must go. My place isn't big enough for a typical estate sale crowd, so I've structured this to keep things manageable while giving serious shoppers first access.

⚙️ HOW IT WORKS

🐦 Early Birds (Thu–Fri reserved slots)

Message me on Facebook or email chris@LaurelwoodB4.com with your earliest available slot — starting Thursday at 1 PM on the :10s (ie, "Hey, I'm free Thursday between 1:20 PM and 2:50 PM"). I'll confirm times in the order received. Once reserved, I'll send Venmo directions for a $5 deposit to hold your spot — it credits back toward your purchases when you arrive.

🔍 Looking for Something Specific?

If you spot a specific item in the inventory — vinyl, cameras, books — message me to reserve a Thu–Fri slot and let me know what you're after. Same $5 deposit applies. If someone with an earlier slot buys it before you arrive, I'll message you and refund your $5.

👥 General Browsers

No reservation needed — just show up during open house hours (Sat–Mon). I'll post daily inventory updates at laurelwoodb4.com/sale so you know what's still available before making the trip.
