Our sales are "First Come First Served" We DO NOT give out numbers! ALL sales are FINAL! ALL items are sold AS IS! (It is the buyers responsibility to check the items for damage, and working order before checking out!) We accept Cash, Checks (with TWO forms of ID) We accept ALL Major Credit Cards...VISA, Master Card, AMEX. (There is a $10 minimum for all Credit Cards) Saturday's are 1/2 Off! MOST! And if we have a Sunday sale, items will be MORE THAN 1/2 OFF! (Owners discretion)
Please be mindful when parking...Do Not Block Driveways, mailboxes, etc.
Sorry..... But there are NO Public Restrooms, please respect the Private Residences! Make all your Pit Stops before shopping!
The Executor/Family member has the right to remove items up through the end of the sale, so we apologize if you journey for a specific item and its been pulled or deemed "Not For Sale!"

We wrap and bag your items....Sorry we DO NOT Supply boxes! Please bring your own muscle and vehicle for moving heavy objects/furniture! ALL items purchased MUST be removed by 4:00 of the last day of each sale!
