The garage will be open approximately at 7:30 to give everyone an early start. The main house will open at 8 am at the front and interior garage door of the house simultaneously. Please No Early birds or pre-sales.
I do not carry a whole list of what the prices are so please don't ask, but I will list those I know next to photos by late Thursday, so please check back.
Cash & Checks (limited amounts) large cash amounts need to be taken from ATM's. I accept charge cards at this time but not my preference as it costs the homeowner more.
Please YOU MUST bring boxes but we have limited quantities. We have some wrapping paper for fragile items.
We do allow the public to use one of the bathrooms as it is the courteous thing to do.
We will not have anyone to help load this sale. All items should be picked up by Saturday by 4pm as best you can.
IN THIS SALE EVERY! PRICE! IS NEGOTIABLE! We do have ½ price and more on Saturday. THE LAST 2 HOURS OF THE SALE PRICES VERY LOW WE NEED THIS HOUSE EMPTY!
Parking is along the street in the front or the side street. Park safely and only on one side of the street. Please do not block neighbors driveways or park on any lawn it's a very nice neighborhood. Our driveway is for loading only.
Absolutely NO large bags or purses allowed in home or they stay with cashier. NO VALUABLES ARE LEFT OVERNIGHT AT THE HOME

The minute you walk into this home you can feel Miss. Tish Wright's love of all Holidays! There isn't one holiday she didn't decorate for and decorate well. Miss Tish moved into assisted living recently and after seeing her 2 weeks ago she is a different person from whom I met last November. She is enjoying her new life, new friends and new home. It was and is a pleasure to meet her and work on her fine home and with the assistance of her two fine daughters who made it possible for me to do this sale as they went through so much so I had just the best to work with and they allowed me the time to do it right.
So now it's up to y'all to come and shop in this home. We have items from a very nice Mid-century modern dining table and 8 chairs, to a wonderful bedroom suit to a daybed that calls your name! We have a whole lots of Christmas (and other holidays) priced to SELL NOW! Very few high priced items and a whole lots are selling for less than a dollar to a quarter.
We have a nice selection of clothes.. some outer wear and formal wear priced less than $10 to most items at a Friday Price of $1 or $2. Shoes will be $3. and accessories $1. There is a whole lot of clothing from large to 2X. Miss Tish and her family are all rather all very tall people.. I look up to them ok I had to say that! =)
We have a garage full of garden and regular tools, a backyard with garden pots and accessories, a very nice Wrought Iron round Table and Chairs and a very cool swing. Everywhere you look there I something you could use and think ahead there is a lot of cleansers and canned home goods and light bulbs.
Crafts include Stamps, Knitting, Needlepoint, Water and Acrylic and Oil paints, lots of Sewing accessories and one portable sewing machine.. more and more and more. We have a lot of books from older to modern all priced to move.. many CD's.. mainly gospel.. About all the Disney VHS tapes in immaculate packages that are still highly collectible.. and keep looking you will find more.
Join us Friday and Saturday.. bring a friend or 20.. come enjoy and celebrate the happiness Miss Tish had with all this and still does as she took with her a whole lot also. Thanks as always for coming to these sales you make families (and us) very happy.
