This estate sale is at a corner address within English Meadows which is part of Germantown. For the reason of Germantown ordinances, Bats in the Belfry signs will thus have to be sparse and limited in number. Welcome again to one of our sales. We had a very successful one, you will remember, at the corner of Park and Estate, the three story townhouse. This particular sale is designed as a two-day sale.

10-strand seed pearl necklace with 14K yellow gold clasp. 30 inches long.  Appraised in 2010 for $375. Our starting price: $225
