This is a CASH ONLY sale, Security on site, please bring help to load large items as we all have bad backs, legs and arms! LOL - No large purses or bags. You will not be allowed to purchase items, place them in a bag, and carry them around the sale then buy more as you go room to room. All items will be purchased at the front check out desk at the same time. We appreciate your cooperation as we have has some shenanigans happen in the past! We are not responsible for accidents in the house or on the property. If you have small children, please do not let them leave your side as there are out buildings with wood and metal items.
Privately Listed Sale
This is a continuation of a sale we had a few months ago. We could not have a 3 day sale then due to scheduling, so this is it! Most everything is half price at the get go! There are a few items that will be marked FIRM, and others that we will discount, but overall - we are ready to watch everything walk out the door.
