The main house will open at 8 am as there is no outbuildings, front door will be used. Join Us for a super clean and very, very affordable selection of items in a beautiful neighborhood! The home is immaculate. Please No Early birds or pre-sales. I do not carry a list of what the prices are so please don't ask I will list those I remember next to photos. Cash & Checks (limited amounts) large cash amounts need to be taken from ATM's. Please bring boxes our quantities are very limited at this sale. Bring help to load larger items as I have no teens working this time and they should be taken during the days of the sale. We will not have anyone to help you load this time. All items sold "As Is" no returns, we believe electric items work as they were tested but nothing guaranteed.Prices are always negotiable. We do have ½ price on most items on Saturdays but nothing can be held until then. Not responsible for accidents. Parking is along the street in the front, please do not block neighbors driveways! Our driveway is for loading only. Absolutely NO large bags or purses allowed in home, or they stay with cashier. Feel free to bargain when so moved to it makes this more fun! Thanks bob

Mrs. Irma Pardon, a grand lady if there ever was one, has moved into assisted living arrangements. She has maintained a clean and very functional home. It has a happy home feeling all the while I was working inside it setting up. Her very pleasant son Mike is moving into the home from a house he had in Houston that was recently flooded, he lost so much! What a good break for him to be here in Hendersonville and with family!

We have all the usual home goods with some nice extras. There is kitchen items a plenty.  Miss Irma has left many beautiful articles of clothing, showing little if any wear, all sizes petite to petite large - 12, she is just a bit of a lady, and we have some handbags!  We also have some nice floral and  glassware, assorted Dachshund items pieces as well as a selection linens. We have a small amount of costume jewelry.

I have brought from a future sale some very nice Christmas items selling for a veryyyyy low price, better now than in late January! The photos are a great indication of the items we have presented for your purchase. Thank you! Bob
