Terms

The house will open at 8 am at the front door. The garage will not open early this time. Please No Early birds or pre-sales.
I do not carry a whole list of what the prices are so please don't ask but I will list those I know next to photos by late Wednesday so check back.

Cash & Checks (limited amounts) large cash amounts need to be taken from ATM's. I do not accept charge cards at this time.
Please YOU MUST bring boxes our quantities are very limited at this sale. We do allow the public to use one of the bathrooms and the families have never had a problem with it as they think it is the courteous thing to do.
This item has some very high quality antiques please bring blankets and wrapping to protect them. We will not have anyone full time on Friday I will not have anyone to help load in this sale. All items sold "As Is" no returns, we believe electric and motor items work as they were tested but nothing guaranteed.
Prices are always negotiable. We do have ½ price on all items on Saturdays.
Parking is along the street in the front, please do not block neighbors driveways or Park on their lawns it's a very nice neighborhood! Our driveway is for loading only. Absolutely NO large bags or purses allowed in home or they stay with cashier NO VALUABLES WILL BE LEFT OVERNIGHT AT THE HOME!!!

What  a very clean nice home with a nice variety of items!

Mrs. Linda Davis has moved to a smaller independent living situation. She has to part with a lot of her possessions due to no room in new place. ALSO I have added in some of the items that did not sell from the Brownstone Dr. sale last week. We had so many wonderful antiques a few things were overlooked. I reduced prices and have them scattered throughout this home.

This very well kept and clean home Mrs. Davis's husband passed away a while ago with no immediate family but a caring sister and her husband helping her through this difficult time.

The photos area good illustration of the fine items for sale. Pay special attention to the Missionary style Buffet in the living room. Its a treasure and we do have the key.

All thru the home you will also see a nice selection of items both decorative and also everyday needed items. In addition there is a number of assorted items that will be easy on your eyes and your wallet and just plain fun.
