The house will open at 8 am and the garage...full of Christmas and some work shop items, will open at 7:30 am at the garage door. Please No Early birds or pre-sales.
I do not carry a whole list of what the prices are so please don't ask but I will list those I know next to photos by late Wednesday so please check back.
Cash & Checks (limited amounts) large cash amounts need to be taken from ATM's. I do not accept charge cards at this time.
Please YOU MUST bring boxes our quantities are very limited at this sale. We do allow the public to use one of the bathrooms as it is the courteous thing to do.
We will not have anyone to help load this sale and all items should be picked up by Saturday by 4pm as best you can.
We do have ½ price on all items on Saturdays offers/negotiations always welcome at all times.
Parking is along the street in the front, please do not block neighbors driveways or park on their lawns it's a very nice neighborhood. Our driveway, both the circular and straight, are for loading only.
Absolutely NO large bags or purses allowed in home or they stay with cashier NO VALUABLES ARE LEFT OVERNIGHT AT THE HOME!!!

This is one amazing house.. I just don't ever want to leave! We have some very nice items for sale. John and Marlene Collins just recently moved into a new smaller home and just had to part with some of their nicer items.
We have a Sugar Chest in wonderful condition that will be offered for $3,000 to start, it even has 2 mouse holes! These often sell up to $7,000 due to rarity so come on quick! We also have a student desk that also could be a sales man sample its so hard to tell, no price yet. There are a number of older items and also fine quality pieces like a Railroad Lantern for the L&N RR (Louisville/Nashville).
The brass Sconces on the wall cost $300 each bought in Williamsburg a few years and the family will part for them for a reasonable offer. We also have an Oriental Rug that cost $4,800 in 2004 and purchased in a local store on Walton Ferry that is offered at a reasonable $1,000 you have to see it.... its a beauty! Receipt from purchase available for inspection.
We have a load of Christmas priced to sell, lots of Dickens Village pieces in near perfect condition and though they cost a lot now priced to sell quickly this weekend!
The photos will be a great indication of all the items available this week!
