The sale is Friday and Saturday 8-4.
NOTE: Please park on the street and not block other driveways or neighbors mailboxes or interfere with school buses. The home will be occupied over night before the sale.
Also.. Note this sale opens at 8am on Friday/Saturday. Everything must go!!!
The carpet is in bad shape as the last owner was unable to care for own cleaning in her final days in the home.
Cash & Checks (limited amounts) and Charge Cards accepted with photo ID.
Welcome! Please No Early birds or pre-sales.I do not carry a whole list of what the prices are so please don't ask. Please bring boxes and newspaper for wrapping as we have very limited quantities at the moment.
We do allow the public to use one of the bathrooms as it is the courteous thing to do.
I will may have younger people to help load items for this sale, they work for tips and saving for college and school trips.
All items must be picked up by Saturday by 4pm, unless other arrangement are agreed upon.
IN THIS SALE EVERY! PRICE! IS NEGOTIABLE! We do have ½ price and more on Saturday. THE SALE PRICES ARE VERY LOW. WE NEED THIS HOUSE EMPTY! Let's make a deal on larger bundled items.
Our gravel driveway is for loading only.
Absolutely no large bags or purses allowed in home without permission or they stay with cashier.
There are no guns or pocketknives for sale in this estate.

Welcome to a very nice sale! Ms. Shirley Grundset is currently in a nursing/assisted living facility and said "please sell these items" and we plan too. Ms. Gurndest a professional nurse and a noted family cook and baker has left many fine items behind. Some are still new in the box some have been gently worn.
We are offering many fine clothes items in sizes 2X and 3X, a very large selection of costume jewelry ( a very few are 925 and no gold at all) and many items purchased from HSN that were never opened.
We have an original Atari system that seems to work but we have no games, it also can use a cleaning. We have 2 turntables one of which still worked fine, and entertainment system at works well and other items. There is a large selection of Vinyl records some Rock, Some Older Country and some of the Religious persuasion. There are many books from the 70's to present and a whole lots of very nice cook books! There is also a new HP2009 desktop computer and monitor never unpacked.
The photos are a great indicator of what we offer in this sale. As always our pricing is set to move the items and affordable, we don't run a museum here!
There is a van we are offering but the price is still to be determined, we may just get offers and present them to Ms. Grundset. It is a Mercury Villager 1997 Van with approx. 86,00 miles on it. There is a contraption that can load and unload a Handicap Scooter (it works we used it) and seems to be fine. The only 2 issues I can see is a brake light that stays on even though the emergency brake is off and the van brakes (though loose) worked just fine in the 25 miles we recently used it. Also we had to recharge the battery because the van was seldom used and also the scooter loader took juice. We have looked and can not fins a title and Ms. Grundset is not always well enough to sign her name according to her. This may be an issue.
