All items sold as is, where is, with no written or implied guarantees. Please, no large purses or handbags. Payment must be by cash or check. Out of town buyers or those unknown to sales personnel, paying with check, must present a bank letter of credit. Buyers are responsible for loading and hauling their purchases. All sales are final. Announcements day of sale take precedence over all other advertising. Due to space limitations, approximately 25 buyers will be allowed in the home at any given time. ONE NUMBER PER PERSON PRESENT WILL BE DISTRIBUTED, beginning at 3 P.M. on the first day of the sale. Numbers, in order, will be called at the beginning of the sale at 5 P.M., AND YOU MUST BE PRESENT WHEN YOUR NUMBER IS CALLED. Numbers are not transferable. You do not have to remain in line prior to the beginning of the sale.
