Many wonderful things in this soon to close home. The whole house will open at 8 am at the front door of the house. Please No Early birds or pre-sales.
I do not carry a whole list of what the prices are so please don't ask, but I will list those I know next to photos by late Thursday, so please check back some photos show prices as marked so far.
Cash & Checks (limited amounts) large cash amounts need to be taken from ATM's. I ACCEPT CHARGE CARDS NOW but IDS and limits are set.
Please YOU MUST bring boxes but we have limited quantities. We have some wrapping paper for fragile items.
We do allow the public to use one of the bathrooms as it is the courteous thing to do.
We may not have anyone to help load this sale. All items being picked up by Saturday by 3pm would be much appreciated.
IN THIS SALE EVERY! PRICE! IS NEGOTIABLE! We do have ½ price and more on Saturday. THE LAST 2 HOURS OF THE SALE PRICES VERY LOW. WE NEED THIS HOUSE EMPTY! Make a Deal!
Parking is along the street in the front or the side streets. Park safely and only on one side of the street. Please do not block neighbors driveways or park on any lawn it's a very nice neighborhood. Our driveway is for loading only.
Absolutely NO large bags or purses allowed in home without permission or they stay with cashier.

Welcome to a small but delightful sale. The Oakes family has kept a spotless home and taken good care of all their items.
The moving of the home contents that they are keeping was delayed until Sept 17th so I will have only about 1 day to set up this sale. Please excuse any areas that doesn't look as nice as I usually am to do.
We have some bedroom furniture.. chairs.. décor.. golf clubs ...garden and workshop tools and more. There is a selection of kitchen items.. household goods and more.
There is and outstanding unique mirror in the dining room and the coolest statue lamp in the living room!
We are also offering a Maytag Washer and Dryer that was purchased on March 22 2017 so they are basically new as this was a household of two folks. They, like all else, were gently used.
In addition, since this sale has a lot of room, I was given permission from the family to sell items that I have from past sales that I have been involved with. These items will be priced differently so as not to confuse them with the Oakes item. These items will be very inexpensive as I do not wish to carry them back home!
This sale will open at 8am for the whole home & garage and end at approximately 3 pm depending on people still shopping in the home.
