Neither estate sale staff nor the homeowner(s) are responsible for any accidents or thefts.

Bags & paper for wrapping provided (as long as supplies last). Generally no boxes provided.

Bring your own muscle for moving and loading heavy merchandise/items.

No restrooms are available at this sale.

Please be mindful when parking...do not block driveways, mailboxes, fire hydrants etc.

All items purchased must be removed by 2:00pm on the last day of this sale.
