King Estate Sales is pleased to offer this unusual and exciting downsizing sale!! It includes all the great stuff men are always asking about- plus more for the ladies!! The shed, man cave and workshop are all being cleared out! The homeowner was a master model ship builder and there are MANY gorgeous high quality hand built model ships for sale of all kinds and sizes. Also dozens of model ship KITS for sale. In the owner’s workshop includes every tool you can imagine from hand tools to small and large power tools. Other miniature items, whittling and wood carving items including boxes of blanks and other specialty wood. New mountain dulcimer, barrister bookcase, tall glass showcase, a variety of tool benches and cabinets.  Large floor safe, antique railroad lanterns,  vintage iron shooting targets, bullet making kit, old cast iron skillets and cookware, fall and Xmas decor. There is a shed full of yard tools including mower and tiller, antique tools, etc. There is a gorgeous oak library card catalog cabinet, and other tall cabinets. WW2 Military footlockers, antique traveling trunk, huge collection of books- old and more modern, lighthouse collection, Christmas Village collection, other cool antiques and treasures. Also a nice collection of framed art and oddities.  This sale is mostly outside in the back, where there is access to the basement man cave and shed. The workshop in the home is the only room inside the main house open for sale. There is a LOT  for sale and we are still unpacking and finding more treasures everyday. THERE ARE NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS AVAILABLE.  Half price begins Sat at 1pm.
