1. No checks Accepted please.
2. Items sold are "as is" SOLD AS IS, NO REFUNDS. We do not guarantee electronic items are in working order. Please test them in advance of purchasing the item.and all sales are final; no returns/refunds/exchanges so please inspect items thoroughly before purchasing.
3. Bring help to move large/heavy items such as furniture. Bring your own help for loading.
4. No purses/bags Backpacks allowed inside, no exceptions. NO BAGS Backpacks INSIDE. No Exceptions.
5. Please lock personal items in your trunk.
6. We may attempt to describe merchandise in advertising, on the internet and at the sale but makes no representations.
7. We do have a limited supply of bags or boxes at Estate sale but please bring your own, as we usually run out quickly.
8. The owners does not guarantee the working order of any clock, watch, electronic, TV or mechanic device.
9. In no event shall the owners be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Buyer shall be the sole judge of value.
11. All sales are final, as is and where is.
12. All persons attending the Estate sales or removing merchandise assume all risks of damage to person or property and specifically release and indemnify the owners from any liability.
13. Buyers must arrange for packing (a table will be provided along with SOME bags materials).
14. It is the buyer's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, a value, or any other determinative factor regarding specific items.
15. We have made every effort to describe this item as accurately as possible with any defects.
16. There are some very heavy items that if purchased will have to be removed by the end of the day. Bring Help for packing and loading.
17. Expect normal signs of wear associated with antiques, vintage, and used items.
