Living Moving/Estate Sale of Jan Hamilton

You will enjoy touring through  and seeing all the wonderful things Mrs Hamilton has. She is so talented in her art, sewing and many other areas. You aren’t going to want to miss this sale! A lot of vintage baby/ little girls clothing in great shape! Ladies vintage clothing, along with new Chico & JJill  clothing. Three vintage fur coats, mink stow, beautiful wedding gown.  You will enjoy all the vintage toys, along with the art room, which will feature some of Mrs Jan’s paintings.  Christmas decor and vintage ornaments, lots of beautiful silver plate pieces. The Limoges China would certainly dress up your table for any occasion. Let’s not forget the vintage velvet sofa , did I mention Coach purses for you ladies? There will be costume jewelry to choose from. Awww and the Baby Grand ( I have just the guy who specializes in moving pianos) guys this piano is to die for! All the ornate things that are in the house is just breath taking! We will be adding more pictures Monday, these pictures are just the start.  I have to tell you as well, this house is going on the market, a realtor will be available to tell you about this beautiful home in a beautiful quiet neighborhood! This house want last long!!!  Come see us and just remember don’t block drives , please do  not get on the grass in the median as it has a water system in it. Also please keep in mind , we are hosting an Estate Sale , not a yard sale so don’t come expecting yard sale prices, Fri hours will be June 28 outside starts at 8  inside starts at 8:30 . Numbers will be given out at 7:30 to enter the house at 8:30 til 3  Sat hours 8:00 til 3 :00!
