Due to HOA parking restrictions, this Waypoint Estate Sales event will be appointment-only. We can allow only five cars on the property at a time, so we appreciate your patience and encourage carpooling whenever possible. We will give instructions when you make your appointment.

This will be a relaxed, organized shopping experience with small groups, giving everyone time to browse without the usual crowds.

Sale Dates and Hours

Thursday, March 19: 9-3

Friday, March 20: 11-5

Saturday, March 30: 8:30 – 2:30 (50% off)

Each appointment block includes:

• 40 minutes to shop

• 20 minutes to check out and exit

This schedule allows us to maintain parking limits and keep traffic flowing smoothly.

Only one appointment per car.

• Only 5 vehicles allowed on property at one time (HOA rule).
