For those who are not familiar with our sales:
1. All items are sold "AS-IS", "WHERE-IS", "WITH ALL FAULTS and DEFECTS THEREIN." There are no guarantees by those selling or Owner.
2. You MUST Move your own items. We WILL NOT have anyone to help you move and have no way to deliver items. You are responsible for any damage you cause to home or grounds.
3. Announcements posted on the day of sale take precedence over any previous printed material pertaining to this sale.
4. Payments: Cash Thank-you. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express
5. You are at your own risk on property and grounds.
6. No strollers, animals, food or drink or smoking permitted inside home. Wheel chairs will not fit into home. Walkers with wheels must be clean on bottom please.
7. We reserve the right to limit number of persons inside home.
8. We reserve the right to remove person(s) from home or grounds.
9. Doors open at advertised time.
10. Restrooms are not available.
11. You steal, We WILL call the police.
12. Please park responsibly and do not block drives, roadways, or mailboxes.
13. We are not responsible for items left on premises after purchase.

Description & Details
This is the Estate of Aunt Sue Fitzgerald. The estate will include Living Room Furniture from the late 1960’s and the 1950’s. There is a nice Dining Room Suite, a Smaller Eat in Kitchen Dining Table. There is lots of Kitchen Gadgets including Microwave, Toaster Oven, A Blender and lots of Cookware, Pots, Pans and Skillets. The 3 Bedroom Groups are from 3 totally different eras, and are all Very Nice. There are 2 Gorgeous Matching Rugs, a smaller one in the dining room and a much larger one in the living room. There is a nice Washer and Dryer and even a great locking File Cabinet. As we travel down to the basement there is a Fabulous 1950’s Living Room Suite and a late 1800’s 3 piece Settee, and two chairs, which all could use some love along with a good covering.
Everything from the out building has been moved to the basement. These items include 5-6 Great Gas Cans, a Calf Milking Cans, Wheel Barrell, a Lawn Boy Mower, Canning Jars, Pressure Cooker Caner, Old Interstate Road Sign, Canning Equipment, a Red and White Table / 4 Chairs, Red and White Utility Cart, Nice Set of 1950’s Dinnerware and a lot more.
