We are starting off 2026 with an appointment only sale in Johnson City, TN so, here is some info you need to know!

*This sale is in a community that restricts estate sales; therefore,we will conduct an appointment only sale and there will be no visible signage, and address will only be released to those that have an appointment.

*We are restricted to 4 cars at a time, but you can have as manypeople in the car as you can-- so talk to your friends! We encourage you to carpool!

*We will start the appointments on the hour, and you will have 45 minutes to shop. You will have an additional 10 minutes to purchase and load, and we will, as always, have help to load. If you are late for your appointment, that is less time you get to shop.  But, also, do not be early as we are only allowed 4 cars at a time.

*Neighbors that live in the community will be able to attend without an appointment but must provide their address to enter.

*There will NOT be a discount day on Saturday as we may run this sale again if needed.  We will make that call on Friday.

*This sale contains furniture, décor, kitchen items, holiday items, outdoor furniture, ladies clothing (L-XL), ladies’ shoes (8.5), costume jewelry, linens, quilts, Majolica, there are no tools. There will be pictures and description details posted on a separate post.

*As always, we will not be able to answer pricing or dimension questions prior to the sale starting.

*Please call 276-644-4410 to schedule an appointment.  Calls before 9am and after 6pm will not be answered.  Do not text as we are only scheduling via phone call.  Do NOT leave voicemail, if we do not answer, we are on the phone with someone else.  You will need to call back.  We will post on Facebook any updates to the appointment schedule.
