2. You MUST Move your own items. We WILL NOT have anyone to help you move and have no way to deliver items. You are responsible for any damage you cause to home or grounds.
3. Announcements posted on the day of sale take precedence over any previous printed material pertaining to this sale.
4. Payments: Cash / credit card 3.5% processing fee. Thank you.
5. You are at your own risk on property and grounds.
6. No strollers, animals, food or drink or smoking permitted inside home. Wheel chairs will not fit into home. Walkers with wheels must be clean on bottom please.
7. We reserve the right to limit number of persons inside home.
8. We reserve the right to remove person(s) from home or grounds.
9. Doors open at advertised time.
10. Restrooms are not available.
11. You steal, We WILL call the police.

This will be a good sale in the Boone’s Creek area. This Home has it all. There is 5-6 large Racks of Clothes and some Vintage. We have a large amount of Kitchen Items including a great size Corner Cabinet, not to big and not to small and a nice Oak Dinning Table and of course we have some cool Pyrex and we can’t forget the Beautiful Blue Hen on Nest, with the split tail. In the Dining Room there is a super cool table with drawer which functions as a Sofa Table, however if you fold open the two extensions you have a nice size dinning table. In the Dinning Area there is also a China Cabinet / Curio Cabinet and a nice Bow Front Curio. There will an assortment of Bedroom Items. In the living Room there is a large TV, Reclining Couch and a nice Lift Chair and many other items. We also have some nice Holiday Items, Vintage Howdy Doody Bicycle, a Scooter and a Vintage Fire Truck Paddle Car. A few more items in the house will include Lots of Small Appliances, Old Blue Canning Jars, a Sewing Machine and a Garage Workshop with lots of Tools and much much more.
