Our rules will be subject to change pending the state we are in and what current CDC recommendations and guidelines are at the time. If you are experiencing any Covid-19 symptoms please do not attend the sale.
1. No entry before 9am.
2. The address will be released the day before the estate sale, on August 27th. For safety reasons, we cannot disclose the address before then.
3. No pre-sales. All sales will be made on the scheduled days and times. We do not answer questions about prices on social media.
4. Please bring your own transport and helpers if you purchase furniture. Our staff will be unable to help you, and we do not deliver. All items MUST be picked up by the end of the sale.
5. Masks are required to enter the home. Please follow social distancing during the sale. If you are experiencing any Covid-19 symptoms please do not attend the sale.
6. Cash & Cards accepted. All items sold as is. No refunds or exchanges.
7. Taxes are applied to ALL purchases. We are a professional estate sale company, therefore must pay state sales tax.
8. Please park on the street. Do not block driveways.

This estate sale is perfect for handymen and hobbyists! We have a garage FULL of power tools and yard equipment. The estate belonged to a NASA astronaut/engineer, who collected very high quality tools for a variety of purposes. Woodworking, electronics, metalworking, etc. We have a massive model train collection, including a fully functional and wired table. Don't miss out on the trailer, riding lawn mower, and a digital autolocator telescope. The house is also full of furniture in amazing condition, clothing, knick knacks, electronics, books, records, and antique dolls.
Sale Hours:
Friday, August 28th: 9am to 4pm
Saturday, August 29th: 9am to 4pm
Sale Rules:
1) Please enter through the back/downstairs garage door. All other doors will be blocked off. (The yard has a hill, so please be careful walking up it.)
2) Some parts of the house will be closed to the public. We will have signs to help direct you.
3) Please park on the street. Do not block driveways.
4) You MUST have your own helpers if you are buying large/heavy items. Our staff will be unable to help you.
5) All items must be picked up by Saturday at 4pm.
6) Taxes are applied to ALL purchases. We are a professional estate sale company, therefore must pay state sales tax.
