Here are the rules for our upcoming sale this week due to the coronavirus outbreak.
The sale will be conducted by lot items we will not be breaking up any lots. The lots will be sold as a complete sale.
Pricing will be significantly better with lot items.
No Negotiating and no half off pricing.
Items are sold as is.
We will take calls starting Friday 1 -5 and Saturday 9-4.
No Pre-sale on any items. No texting.
No questions answered by phone or social media - we just don't have enough time.
Calling Process - we need the following information when you call in to buy.
Name.
Email address.
Phone Number.
Credit Card number.
Lot #'s - you want to buy.
Minimal questions to make the process faster..
We will have two phone lines - no answering of call waiting,
No calls answered before starting and ending times.
Pick up time will be given at the time of sale.
Pick up times will be given however you cannot arrive early.
Do not arrive early.
We will bring your lot sold to your car do not come in to house.
Furniture items will be allowed to go in the house after proper sanitation.
Pick up times will be Saturday 9-4 and Sunday 1-5. We will give you the time.
We can not negotiate pick-up times you must pick up at the allotted time.
Please be patient with us we are learning and trying to serve you as the customer.
