If you wish to place a bid with us, you must read and agree to the current Terms and Conditions for each auction - visit our website for full listing. (Note: The “Sales Price” is the hammer price plus the buyer’s premium, plus applicable convenience fees, plus applicable taxes). All bidding at auction and all purchases will be in U.S. Dollars.
Buyer’s Premiums as follows:
Live, Phone and Absentee Bidders: 20% – Cash, check, certified funds or Bank wire transfer (credit card payments will incur an extra 3% convenience fee)
Internet bidding on Live Auctioneers and Invaluable: 28% (includes 3% convenience fee for credit cards)

Bring help for loading and your own packing materials. New bidders and/or bidders on higher value items may need to provide a bank letter of credit in advance, call for details.

The Case Summer Auction will take place Saturday, July 9 (9 AM Eastern Time, lots #1-790) and Sunday, July 10 (1 PM Eastern Time, lots #791-1263) at our gallery in Knoxville, TN with live, phone, absentee, and online bidding. This auction features more than 1,200 lots of Fine Art, Silver, Jewelry, Southern Furniture and Decorative Arts, Historical Items, Mid-Century Modern Design, European and Asian antiques from Southern estates and collections including the estate of Margaret Harold Roberts, Lookout Mountain, GA; the Kentucky collection of Michael and Peggy Mahoney; the living estate of William and Fletch Coke, Nashville, TN; the collection of Griff and Dallas Adams, Johnson City, TN; the collection of Dr. Joe Newsom Rawlings, GA; the estate of Cora Jane Spiller, Bowling Green, KY; the estate of Judge John Nixon, Nashville, TN; property deaccessioned by the Lincoln County Museum, Fayetteville, TN (bequest of Mary Bright Wilson); and the Arkansas Museum of Fine Arts Foundation.
