If you wish to place a bid with us, you must read and agree to the current Terms and Conditions for each auction - visit our website for full listing. (Note: The “Sales Price” is the hammer price plus the buyer’s premium, plus applicable convenience fees, plus applicable taxes). All bidding at auction and all purchases will be in U.S. Dollars.
Buyer’s Premiums as follows:
Floor Bidders: 20% – Cash, check, certified funds or Bank wire transfer (credit card payments will incur an extra 3% convenience fee)
Phone, Absentee and Direct Online Bidding via Case Website - 22% - – Cash, check, certified funds or Bank wire transfer (credit card payments will incur an extra 3% convenience fee)

This auction will take place at our Knoxville, Tennessee headquarters. In-person bidding plus phone, absentee, and internet bidding will be available. The sale features over 800+ lots of fine art, antiques, and jewelry from the Tennessee estates of Naomi Judd, Jo Ann Cline Yates of Lookout Mountain, the collection of Ronnie Steine of Nashville, and deaccessioned objects from the Hunter Museum of American Art in Chattanooga, the Brooks Museum of Art in Memphis, and The Arts Center of Cannon County. Featured are collections of Folk/Self-Taught Art, Luxury Fashion, Contemporary Arts & Crafts, and much more. Please note that pre-registration is required to bid, and proof of available funds may be requested if you are a new bidder with us.
