THIS IS AN ONLINE ONLY AUCTION WITH SOFT CLOSE. Items Soft Close one per minute, starting at 7 pm. Soft Close means the timer adds additional time to a lot if bids are placed within the closing minutes. All Lots then sell to the highest bidder.
Use the ‘Maxbid’ feature to let the system bid for you, up to your maximum price.
THERE IS A 10% BUYER’S PREMIUM ON THIS SALE.
Sales Tax will be charged according to the rates where you have items shipped. Standard rate in TN where we are located is 9.25%
Credit Processing Fees: Buyer pays credit card processing fees set by LiveAuctioneers. Currently that rate is 25 cents per transaction plus 3.99%
INVOICE & PAYMENT: We will generate invoices within 6 hours after auction closes and adjust them to accommodate combined shipping and insurance based on final bid totals. You should receive your invoice by Saturday morning. You have 3 days to pay before and LiveAuctioneers will run the charge automatically. Shipping fees will closely match USPS rates and their insurance cost $2/$100 bid.
Local pickup should be done one Saturday, May 23rd at our office in Knoxville, TN. Buyers may pay in person with Cash, Checks, Venmo or Paypal if they pick up.
Your Bid is a Contract to purchase the item. Winners who don't pay for the items and shipping by the stated times will not be permitted to bid on future auctions.

This Auction will Liquidate an Extensive Toy Collection, amassed over many years by a prominent figure in Maryville, TN. The sale includes a wide array of Circus themed Toys; Military Figures, Vehicles & Weapons; Several Train Sets and Accessories; Cast Iron & Die Cast Cars, Trucks, Tanks, etc. and an much more! Makers include Barclay, Manoil, Britains, Dinky, Matchbox and many others. We've done our best to lot a very broad array of items. Due to location and logistics we chose to photograph the items in place before removal to our office. Lots can be Previewed at our office on Sale Day, May 22nd, 2026 from 10-5, before the lots begin to close at 7 pm. We will happily combine shipping when practical given the size of the lots, and local pickup is available. All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with no guarantees or warranties expressed or implied. Age, originality, maker, and authenticity should be determined by the bidder based on the photos and their own knowledge.
