***PARKING INFO: The home is at the end of a short street in a cul-de-sac off a busy main road. Parking will be limited on this street. We will have a police officer present to help with traffic. You may have to find another street to park on and walk to the sale, but please be cautious and park at your own risk. Please DO NOT park in the driveway or front yard - we need to keep it clear for staff parking and for loading. We ask that you be respectful of neighbors. Thanks!***

 

Sterling Estate Sales is having a FUN sale in the Fountain City area off of Cedar Lane on Friday and Saturday, August 28th and 29th. This home is absolutely slam-packed FULL of stuff!!! There are 2 floors of shopping, plus outside stuff and a shed too! Furniture, antiques and collectibles, housewares, vintage items galore, tons of clothing and jewelry, quilts, vintage toys, and SO MUCH MORE!!! The lady of the estate was the owner of a women's fashion shop in Fountain City for years, so we have a lot of items from her store: clothing / jewelry / and other accessories (some still new with tags), plus retail store displays and supplies. There is really something for everyone at this sale.

Due to the COVID-19 situation and also the fact this house is FULL, we will have to limit the number of shoppers inside at a time. The stairs to the basement are very steep, so we will have a 2nd entrance at the back of the house for the basement. We ask that you wear a mask if you can. Thanks!

SALE HOURS: The tag sale will be Friday and Saturday, August 28th and 29th. On Friday we will start selling the jewelry and "showcase" items at 7:30am. We will open the house starting at 8:00am until 2:00pm. Saturday will be 8:00am-1:00pm. Items in the online auction will be available to preview at the tag sale on Friday. The online auction will end Friday evening starting at 8:00pm. Auction payment and pick up will be on Saturday between 8:00am-1:00pm. The tag sale will be Half Price on Saturday.
