attempting to protect employees and patrons. As an employee or patron, we all must be willing to do our part to comply with requirements

sale site during sale. Additionally, the following are mandatory if you plan to attend the sale:

Required when engaging at this and all future sale events and pick-up locations until conditions change:
(Inside the home), and (Outside)-when close to others, Practice: Physical Distancing of at least 6 feet at all times, Be cognizant of and Follow
flow pattern markings, Be considerate of others, Proper Handwashing before and after entrance & exit (Sanitizer Available at the Entrance
and at the Exit (beyond Checkout). We prefer you wear gloves while shopping. A non-touch temperature check is preferred and available
before you enter. If you have had or have been exposed to someone with the virus and/or are sick-Please STAY HOME. Remember the health

of nice jewelry attire. By Appointment Only for One Day Only on Saturday, June 06, 2020. Appt. Times between 9am
and 4pm. Selling: Sterling Items, Italian, Semi-Precious stones. White, yellow, bronze & other colors of materials.
Pearls, Bangles, Bracelets, Rings, Necklaces, Chokers, Turquoise, Ladies Watches, Designer Items, Ross-Simmons, QVC,
HSN, from travels around the world. Over 50% has never been used and has/had original tags!

Directions: Near East Town Mall (Knoxville Center Mall) off Rutledge Pike between Millertown Pike/Washington Pike. It’s that
convenient. Call for appointment and the address will be revealed along with your appointment time.

General Info Follows: Limiting by appointment times such that a limited number of people can be in the home in order to comply
with social distancing. May have to wait outside until the level of patrons inside is reduced.

Parking: For the Jewelry Sale Only-Park only in the driveway at your appointed time unless instructed to park in the grass area.
Limited parking.
Entrance/Exit: Front Door.
Tickets: As/If/When required. Normally at cone near driveway or provided by staff.

Future Sale: Covid-19 Procedures will be in effect and apply at the future sales and for pick-up of on-line purchases, as well as at
our, other soon to be, on-site sales.
1. Watch for notification beginning this week of our On-Line Pre-Sale by picture(s)/number/price of unusual 200 vintage items
and Thailand unique furniture, art, and small collectibles, carvings & eclectic mix of other related and not items. Start-A-Pile
applies also for multiple items you want to purchase on-line. On-Line pre- sale ends Tuesday, June 02, 2020 at 4:00pm. When
you notify us by e mail of your interest, note the number of each item and a contact phone number. Payment required in
advance of pick up. Pick Up can be scheduled but the day and time is Wednesday June 03 with Hours TBD.
2. A traditional estate liquidation sale in Farragut, Knoxville near/off Virtue Rd. and Kingston Pike/Hwy 70. See next week’s,
Notice/Flyer and watch for signs day of sale.
3. Another large nice designer packed Estate sale in the West Knoxville/ Farragut area is planned for end of the month TBD.
Credit Cards & Other Info: When using a credit card, we are charged 3% processing and therefore the customer utilizing a charge
card is billed the 3%. We will provide some packing materials and will have a hand truck available for use on the premises. You are
responsible for removal/loading as help is limited. Heavy large items you will need to arrange for help and schedule for pick up. As
always, we will do what we can to help albeit sometimes limited.
