* Our employees will be wearing masks and sanitizing while the sale is open. We reserve the right to limit the number of people entering the home. While in the home we ask that you practice social distancing whenever possible. We want everyone to feel safe with these procedures during the sale.
*Numbers will be handed out by our staff only, that will be the only valid numbers.
*PLEASE BRING HELP TO LOAD LARGE ITEMS! Our staff is not required to lift heavy items. Come prepared if you are purchasing large items. Such as a truck, proper tie down equipment. Secure your load for safety precautions when you drive away. All large items will need to be picked up one hour prior to closing the last day of sale with no exceptions.

This sprawling 16,000 plus square foot home will offer something for everyone. With a view of the Great Smoky Mountains this home was built for a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Her husband wanted to honor his wife by building her a Dream Home. It is our honor to be able to help the family on this final chapter.
The sale will offer Christmas and Fall Décor, floral arrangements, art work, numbered prints by Ray Sexton for Ducks Unlimited. There will be a vintage horse drawn carriage and sleigh as well as collectibles throughout the home. Household items, antiques, walk in closets with men's and women's clothing. Bed and Bath accessories and décor, furniture, lots of DVD movies and some collector VHS tapes and box sets. The tool room will contain Craftsman woodworking tables, numerous tools and equipment, hardware and electrical supplies. There is an entire room full of office supplies, filing cabinets, desks, chairs, printers, screens, keyboards. We will let the photos tell the rest of the story. Please join us for this 3 day sale coming in November.
