The sale home location is co-workers deceased parent’shome. Check out the photos of items being sold. Address is: 5320 East Sunset Road 37914 in Holston Hills Area off Asheville Highway/Chilhowee Rd.beginning on Saturday March 21, from (9am-3pm) and Sunday March 22, From (1pm to 4pm) for clear out.

Special Note Parking: Limited parking is available within the yard and driveways of the house as directed day of sale. Steep bank/yard off main road. Parking direction is provided by the family at the road. If the “Full” notice is displayed, please come back in a few minutes. The East Sunset Road is a 2 lane and narrow road so parking along road is prohibited at this address.

Credit Cards & Other Info: When using a credit card, we are charged 3% processing and therefore the customer utilizing a charge card is billed the 3%. You are responsible for removal/loading. You will need to arrange for appropriate level of help and schedule for pick up. Also, remember to bring covers or moving blankets, boxes for post purchase movement as you may need them as well as bungee or tie downs etc.

Some boxes wrap etc. and a table to move to so you can wrap your goods, will be beyond the checkout in driveway after payment.
