Purple Plum Estate Liquidators is having an unscheduled sale before Christmas. We are selling one of our Purple Plum family members, deceased – “Grandmothers” House – and its entire contents all in a 1-day Sell-Out/Must All Go Event.
Nice clean house items from every room, with lots to offer for sale from a small home. It is tight . inside the house so wear a mask please due to social distancing. Also, there are Christmas items too as it is just around the corner! Lots of smalls to BR, LR, Kit furniture and supporting items. A few hand type gardening tools e.g., shovel rake and such but few if any power type tools. Older Washer and older electric dryer-work and priced accordingly. There will be some surprise and interesting adds to the sale from another estate that need to be sold. See more specifics regarding this sale below. Fun and good things await. Unfortunately, with the surge in Tennessee of the Covid-19 Delta Variant of the deadly virus, our Covid- 19 Update for our sale is as follows: Required when engaging at this and all future sale events and pick-up locations until further notice: A proper Face Mask is required when inside the home. Social distance is required in and outside the house. If you are sick and have had or have a temperature of 100.4 or more-Please STAY HOME and our best for a quick recovery. Remember the health of yourself and others is important! We All Must Continue to Do Our Part in this matter, even if vaccinated. Updated Covid-19 information is available for your use and safety, from Knox County and City of Knoxville Covid-19 postings. Hand sanitizer, plastic gloves and masks will be available while they last. As well as a temperature check if requested. We spray disinfectant sanitizer throughout the sale hours.

Exit: Through front door as well after checkout inside. Checkout is inside front door. Hold
Area - Limited to you and your arms due to small space @ checkout.
Tickets: Available an hour before sale usually or earlier, and this reserves your place in line at opening when called. As/If/When required. Located normally on the cone near driveway/street unless provided by staff. Take lowest number ticket one per person attending. Our folks may not arrive or be available to talk before opening time due to preparing for the sale and making things nice and ready for you during the hour or so before the sale opening time. Watch for special sign regarding parking.
We must be able to see all items being purchased. “Start-A-Pile” piles will need to be sorted and displayed such that all merchandise can be seen so a discounted price can be determined.
Credit Cards & Other Info: When using a credit card, we are charged 3% processing and therefore the customer utilizing a charge card is billed the 3%. You are responsible for removal/loading as help is very limited. Heavy large items you will need to arrange for appropriate level of help and schedule for pick up. Also, remember to bring covers or moving blankets, boxes for post purchase movement as you may need them.
