HOME OWNER nor estate sale company/liquidator are liable for accident or injury. Please bring help to load any large purchase.

It is helpful to have your own wrapping material and boxes or bags. Limited amounts provided for pickup.

Furniture is expected to be picked up by the last hour of the sale.

ATTENTION DAYCARE OWNERS, PARENTS, & GRANDPARENTS.  This is a quick sale to liquidate all items in the childcare center. It’s an opportunity to get some fun kid equipment, toys, and more. It’s only a two day sale and you’ll want to get there Friday for the best stuff!  It all will be priced to sell.  
 

TICKETS WILL BE DISTRIBUTED FRIDAY MORNING AT 8AM FOR ENTRY AT 9AM. YOU DON’T NEED A TICKET TO GET INTO THE SALE BUT ONLY IF YOU WANT TO BE THE ONE OF THE FIRST  ONES IN.
