Welcome to the House of Three Turrets, a stunning historic gem built circa 1894 and designed by renowned Knoxville architect George Barber. Built by James and Agnes Fair—James, the founder of the Fair Iron Foundry, which later became the Sanford Day Ironworks, and Agnes, Tennessee’s first Supercentenarian—this home tells a story of both history and elegance. The home is full of decades of accumulation. The sale will be a hybrid sale (online auction and tag/picker sale).
