Built by James and Agnes Fair—James, the founder of the Fair Iron Foundry, which later became the Sanford Day Ironworks, and Agnes, Tennessee’s first Supercentenarian—this home tells a story of both history and elegance. The home is full of decades of accumulation. The sale will be a hybrid sale (online auction and tag/picker sale).
