DRIVEWAY IS A LITTLE STEEP. The house is on a hill. You'll have to walk up the driveway to access sale items. Once at the top of the driveway, there are no stairs; everything is flat.
We accept credit/debit cards (chipped only) for purchases of $15+, and cash! Internet service in this house can be spotty; to be safe, cash is king!
All sales ABSOLUTELY final. We have tested most electrical appliances, and can verify that they power up; it's your responsibility to make sure they work to your satisfaction before purchase.
