Looking forward and backwards to seeing everyone as we are Springing into warmer weather and Springtime with a much needed outing with our Purple Plum Estate Liquidator’s family of friends-YOU! We are selling the entire contents of this home plus, in a 2-day Sell-Out/Must All Go Event & is also true of the next sale -with even more to look forward to! Start-A-Pile discount for this one as well so come pile it up during this weekend’s first sale of the new year you will see why you need to start piles and get that discount first day and second. Nice clean items, with lots to offer for sale. See Special Notes below and herein as they are important. I can’t say enough about how unique all the items are in the collectible and vintage watches including Gold rolled items and so forth as well as new FUGI Scanner a $475 item. follows: Required when engaging at this and all future sale events and pick-up locations until further notice: A proper Face Mask is required when inside the home. Social distance is required in and outside the house. We will have a few masks available but please bring one if possible. If you are sick and have had or have a temperature of 100.4 or more-Please STAY HOME and our best for a quick recovery. Remember the health of yourself and others is important! We All Must Continue to Do Our Part in this matter, even if vaccinated/boosted. Updated Covid-19 information is available for your use and safety, from Knox County and City of Knoxville Covid-19 postings. Hand sanitizer, plastic gloves and masks will be available while they last. As well as a temperature check if requested. We spray disinfectant sanitizer throughout the sale hours. Like you, we are tired of this China virus release as we have had many family members and friends die from this terrible health event. It has no respect of persons. Directions/Parking: Take I-75 when, coming from Knoxville North to Callaghan Rd. Go East Bound. Proceed to red light at Weigels with Rusty Wallace Honda on your left. Turn left onto Central Avenue Pike in front of Weigels. Proceed on Central Avenue Pike to red light. Bear right onto Beaver Creek Rd. headed East. Proceed to Alpine Meadows Subdivision. Turn left into community on Rocky Mountain High then right on Snowmass Dr. then right on High Alpine Lane.

Parking available on same side as sale house and as you enter subdivision right side only along the curb then to the right to the towards SALE HOUSE and UP AND around the cul-de-sac then only on right side WHICH CIRCLES (TO same side as house). See Parking and No Parking signs. NO PARKING allowed on opposite side of the street as Emergency vehicle access and neighbor ingress and egress is required. Please be respectful of all neighbor driveways, mailboxes and their ingress and egress capabilities and do not block. Patience is a good attribute to have and practiced by all. No parking on the grass. (Handicap drop off can be accommodated for up to 2 vehicles at driveway. Alert staff and post Handicap sticker so they can see it. We will do our best to monitor the situation etc. Thanks!

Tickets: Available an hour before sale usually or earlier, and this reserves your place in line at opening when called As/If/When required. Tickets are usually located hanging off a large orange traffic safety cone near driveway/street unless provided by staff. Take lowest number ticket one per person attending. Our folks may not arrive or be available to talk before opening time due to preparing for the sale and making things nice and ready for you during the hour or so before the sale opening time.
We must be able to see all items being purchased. “Start-A-Pile” sticker from checkout area requiring a name associated with your pile to be held will be provided when asked. Upon pricing of piles, when ready with staff, all items and piles will need to be sorted and displayed such that all merchandise can be seen so a discounted price can be determined.
Credit Cards & Other Info: When using a credit card, we are charged 3% processing and therefore the customer utilizing a charge card is billed the 3%. You are responsible for removal/loading as help is very limited. Heavy large items you will need to arrange for appropriate level of help and schedule for pick up. Also, remember to bring covers or moving blankets, boxes for post purchase movement as you may need them. We try to provide boxes/bags while they last and can be found.
