We accept cash, good check and credit cards. (3% fee for all cc transactions).  If you plan on purchasing furniture, please bring help to load your items as well as boxes and wrapping paper for items.

PARKING!!!!!! This sale is in a 3600 sq ft condo. (Westchase Condos) It is in a gated community on North Shore Drive. There is some parking (not a lot)  in the community itself however you can park at the Westminster Presbyterian Church across the street as well as a subdivision across the street. If you arrive early before the gate opens then just park at church or across street in subdivison. Use caution when crossing Northshore Drive. Please be mindful of the neighbors and do not block drive ways in either areas. 

There will be a Police officer on duty to help with traffic flow and security.
