HIGHLIGHTS: We will conduct our hybrid sale with Online Auction and Tag Sale to liquidate all contents of a lovely home in the Westmoreland Subdivision off Westland Dr, over the weekend of Dec 11-12. This sale is impressive just for the sheer, huge size of it, but also for the quality of the items in the home! We have room after room of custom made and high end Furniture: bedrooms, living rooms, dining, office, outdoor, etc. The California King bed is especially grand and not seen often in TN. The jam-packed Game Room features a fine Olhausen Pool Table plus tons of Games, Electronics, and collectible and desirable toys. The kitchen appliances are great and there are lots of them. It has the footboard to match although the posts reach only a couple feet above the mattress set. We don't see a maker on the mattress set, but it is 'flippable' with pillow top on both sides. Looks very clean. |

| Massive and Impressive Henredon 9-Drawer chest with marble top, 75"w x 21" d x 37" tall. The wood has a natural finish with light whit washing on the moulding pieces; although the hardware is different it is a very close match to the piece above. The thick marble top broke when it was moved in here and it was repaired but may still not move as a single piece. Otherwise very good, clean condition. |

The headboard has hefty wooden posts on the sides that are spanned with scrolling wrought iron accents and straight bars. Not the original receipt photo for the mattress shows it was $1700; it has been in this guest room and only lightly used. |

| J14 Pair of remarkable vintage Sterling Silver Cloisonne Butteryfly Pins, in very good condition. These old pins are marked 925 Sterling on the back and have pins with good hinges and simple hook clasps. The sterling has a gold wash and the butterfly wings are covered with a mix of filigree floral buttons and enamel poured into small round circles that are also made of filigree wire. Overall condition is very good! |

| Remarkable 12" Wide 'Tramp Art' Jewelry Box with delightful multi-tiered design. Tramp art pieces are often carved with the diamond shape wood cutouts as are on this piece. It has a cover which simply hooks on to the top to sit in place over the drawers. The top drawer is wide and missing its handles. There is one short piece of the right side as well. Otherwise the box appears to be complete and pretty solid. There is 'D' painted on the topmost diamond shape piece. |

| Adorable Animated Golfer signed Bradt and made by Kinetico Kinetic Sculptures in AR. The styling suggests it is an art deco pieces from the 50's 60's. It is electric; when turned on and inner motor almost silently winds a pin to push it against a spring. When the spring is would it lets go; the golfer lets loose a monster swing and pivots strongly to his left. he swings the club and hits the ball which is suspended from a hook that goes over the top. The golfer originally had a lucite head; t it has fallen off but we have the pieces (gold can give you a splitting headache.) |
