We DO NOT accept debit or credit cards.
*Prior to purchasing large items you need to consider how you will get those items loaded. You are responsible for moving and loading your items. WE ARE NOT ABLE to assist you so please plan accordingly. Any items purchased will need to be removed prior to close of business on Saturday.
*We have a limited amount of bags and packing material. We recommend you bring your own.

We will be in a beautiful home in the West Knoxville/Lyons Bend area. This is a living estate sale. Our clients are downsizing from a roughly 3300 sq. ft. home to approximately 1100 sq. ft. and have some quality, high end designer furniture pieces for sale as well as your normal household items.
