Please be courteous to our client and the community in which the client lives. Parking is open to where you can find a space. Please park in a space only! This is a gated community.
*Remember , pedestrians have the right of way.
*Please bring help to load large items. Our staff is not required to lift heavy items. Come prepared if you are purchasing large items. Such as a truck, proper tie down equipment. Secure your load for safety precautions when you drive away.

We have been asked to liquidate the contents of a beautiful upscale 2 bedroom apartment in West Knoxville. The sale will be held in a gated community .We must follow all guidelines, rules and regulations while on the property. All guest attending this sale are being asked to be respectful of our client and the community .
The sale will start at 9:00 AM until 3:00 PM each day.
The address for this sale is 562 English Village Way Apt. #1112 it is in Building #11
The access code for the gate is 630. When you arrive please use the gate to the far right, enter your code and that will contact our client to help you gain access. At the first stop sign turn left, go to the bottom of the hill, take a right, building is straight ahead at the bottom of the hill.
