Tickets: To reserve your place in line for the initial opening tickets will be provided at the driveway/street entrance attached to an orange traffic cone (most of the time) or at the driveway entrance or handed out by one the staff, one hour before the opening time. (How this handled is dependent on driveway, weather and traffic control conditions etc.)
Sale Entrance/Exit: At opening-time each day, the entrance/exit is front porch deck to main level house and/or right side of house basement level entrance. Shop entrance is far right of garage and up a ramp or use of stairway between house and garages. Garages are open roll up doors access (will be open).
Checkout Info: Checkout/cashiers outside near the front of the house driveway. You are responsible for the packing/loading of your sale items after you pay. We try to supply some packing materials as well as a hand truck available for your use. Help for loading is always limited. For heavy items, you should always arrange for your own help. We can usually work out a flexible schedule for your return and pick-up should it become necessary.
Directions/Parking: Starting the corner of Kingston Pike and North Shore Dr . Head South West on Northshore Dr. to Lyons Bend Road. Turn left onto Lyons Bend and proceed less than ½ mile to Glen cove Dr (It veers right off of Lyons Bend) Proceed to sale house on left about ¼ mile. No parking spaces at house due to walls and landscaping etc. so proceed down the hill to left on Cove Creek Lane (It fronts the sale house and is a wide dead end street). Note: If mobility and stairs is limited, access to the main level living can be accommodated via a concrete ramp at the side of the garage to the back of the home. Drop off at the driveway is permitted. Look for folks with orange vests for info or help. Or, ask check-out table.
Please be respectful of driveways, residents, mailboxes and ingress and egress capabilities of the neighbors. Patience is a good attribute to have and practice. Thanks!

Credit Cards & Other Info: When using a credit card, we are charged 3% processing and therefore the customer utilizing a charge card is billed the 3%. We will provide some packing materials and will have a hand truck available for use on the premises. You are responsible for removal/loading as help is tied up with parking and will be limited.
