We must follow rules and regulations of the community . Parking for this sale is limited to one side of the road. Please follow signs for " No Parking this side." Pay attention to safety cones. Please do not block driveways!!
*Remember , pedestrians have the right of way.
*We Do Not accept personal bags to be brought into the sale!
*Please bring help to load large items. Our staff is not required to lift heavy items. Come prepared if you are purchasing large items. Such as a truck, proper tie down equipment. Secure your load for safety precautions when you drive away. All large items will need to be picked up one hour prior to closing the last day of sale with no exceptions.
*We are not responsible for accidents
*All sales are final!

PowerHouse Estate Sales & Liquidations is proud to announce the opening of our new Warehouse in West Knoxville. We are still in the estate sale business, but are now doing liquidation sales. What this means for you is savings! We have been contacted numerous times to help provide these services and now we have a space to do so.
You will find new and used items, alot still have the tags on them. Most will be priced below cost helping you save more money. We will have have shoes, small appliances, bedding, cosmetics, toiletries, some collectibles, pieces from Wayfair ,Hamilton Beach, Proctor Silex, The Pioneer Woman, and even some Christmas items. As we move forward with the new venture we are constantly looking for opportunities to bring you great items at great prices.
